My Daughter Came Home from Summer Camp Acting Completely Different – Then the Vice Principal Called and Said, 'Your Daughter Didn't Tell You Everything'

My daughter pulled back.

"Why, baby?"

Kathleen was quiet for a long moment. Then she said what I wasn't ready for.

"Because I knew what you'd do."

"Kathleen..."

"Do you remember fourth grade? Mrs. Halston? When she marked my project down? You went to the school."

"I remember. I marched in there without asking you."

"I knew what you'd do."
